    Some rumors are leaking out that Samsung may be preparing a “value pack” for the Galaxy S that would add features, but not deliver ICS… as a form of apology in lieu of undertaking the effort to port ICS and tune it properly.

    Viewers will recall they tried this with the Behold II after promising it an Android 2.0 upgrade, and then backtracking, with an Android 1.6 update that added Swype. It didn’t go well for Samsung then, and if true, we don’t see this mixed message going well for Samsung now.
