Samsung and the Nook division of bookseller Barnes & Noble have officially unveiled the result of their long-promised collaboration which has resulted in the reveal of a Nook-branded Galaxy Tab 4 Android tablet. The tablet is available starting today for $179.99 and includes all of the familiar Nook hardware tablet perks, including $200 worth of content offered for free for buyers of the tablet as well as access to tech support through Barnes & Noble locations.
The tablet is otherwise a standard Galaxy Tab 4 with a 7-inch 720p display, 8GB of internal memory with additional microSD memory card slot, 1.3 megapixel front camera and 3 megapixel ream camera with the added functionality of built-in GPS support for apps that require location access, making it a decent tablet for navigation apps.
