T-Mobile has released a statement confirming that the Samsung Behold II update which rolled out on June 21st has caused signal quality issues for select owners after the update. Because of the issues, Samsung and T-Mobile have pulled the update, with Samsung working to resolve the issue while those that installed the update without experiencing issues do not need to take further action. There is currently no timeframe available on when the revised update will roll out at this time.
Considering nearly every customer has been updated at this point, they need to issue a new update. One of the downsides of firmware over the air, is that if a bug exists… everyone gets updated with the new bug.
