RIM Releases OS 4.5 for Sprint BlackBerry Pearl 8130 and 8330 Curve

RIM has released BlackBerry OS 4.5 for the Sprint BlackBerry Pearl and Curve.

The biggest changes in this version are the additions of OTA update capability, true MMS support (audio, video, image and simultaneous), and the addition of Documents to Go software on top of improvements to core functionality.  The updates are available now from RIM and are linked  in the Phone Encyclopedia and Firmware Tracker.

    Downloaded it, installed it on two phones and can’t find docs to go…

    MMS works nice though..

    were is this 4.5 download at? is not on http://www.sprint.com/downloads and tried the 4.5 threw blackberry.com it keeps defaulting phone back to 4.3. any help or ideas?

    It works great when sending. Incoming MMS still comes through as a link. Others are experiencing the same and maybe that’s as good as it is going to get?

    Installed and MMS seems to be there, but I do not see the Documents to go. Anyone else having this problem/know of a fix?

    To get docs to go you have to reconnect to desktop and goto add remove and click on docs to go to load it. Mms works now
