Radio Shack locations nationwide have begun receiving and selling the Sanyo S1.
The Sanyo S1 is a candybar type phone in the vein of the older and venerable SCP-4900 and RL-4930 in a thin, stylish body and features Bluetooth, speakerphone, support for Sprint Mobile Email, Wireless Backup, microUSB port for charging/data transfer, and parental controls.
Sprint Retail Stores will begin to carry the phone on January 13th, 2008 as well as online, upon the completion of Radio Shack’s exclusivity period.
