Got Sprint? Have a one-year agreement? Better make any changes to your plan (addon-wise) that you want quickly. Cruznis300 reports that starting on April 25th, you will have to re-comit to your one year agreement starting from the date the plan addon take effect.
This affects all addons, such as PCS-to-PCS, Roaming Options, Vision, ReadyLink, and Picture/Video Mail. Customers with a current or expired 2-year Advantage Agreement will not be required to re-comit.
Sprint, quit it. Plan brochures made it clear that only certain addons had a contract extension, but this is crossing the line. Don’t change customer service problems into publicity problems by silently changing the rules of basic plan configuration.
Specifics are still not clear, such as if this will affect all markets, or how enforced this rule will be.
