Opera Mini 4.1 Officially Released

After months of beta testing, Opera Software has officially released version 4.1 of the massively popular mobile browser for Java-based handsets.

Major changes in this version include a 50% speed increase in page rendering and download speed, contextual search within pages, address auto completion, support for uploads and downloads (for devices that have JSR-75 support enabled), and offline page viewing.

The browser is now available for download directly from Opera by visiting mini.opera.com on a compatible phone.
