Nokia’s 6650 clamshell 3G smartphone for AT&T was made public yesterday by filed FCC documents. Among others, the device features a stainless steel cover, HSDPA data, GPS, 2 megapixel camera, QVGA display, and a memory card slot.
The 3G device runs the latest version of S60: 3rd Edition, Feature Pack 2 with all the normal smartphone additions. A version had already been approved overseas supporting WCDMA 850/2100, while the newest version just approved by the FCC supports WCDMA 850/1900 instead.
No official launch dates have been released so far.
