NetZero has quietly announced that it has added support for Sprint’s 3G network for its mobile broadband service and customers. Previously the service, first launched in 2012 as a Clearwire MVNO, only functioned across the WiMax network with no 3G data roaming support. The service is comprised of 5 service plans spanning free access to monthly access for $50 with 8GB of data access per month. NetZero has also confirmed plans to expand support to Sprint’s LTE network sometime in the third quarter of the year.
