Recent reports had startled N-Gage users as the current licensing terms for N-Gage games had stated that these games could not be transferred over to a new device.
With an ‘uproar’ from the N-Gage community, Nokia has stated that there was miscommunication and the users will be able to transfer games to a new phone. This transfer will be enabled once a “mechanism” from Nokia is available. However, the mechanism is still under development and no launch date has been set for it.
With the re-launch of Nokia’s N-Gage gaming platform, users of Nokia’s N81, N82 and the popular N95 are able to directly download S60 games to their devices.
