Staples internal training documentation has confirmed that the office supply chain will be training its employees on sales policies for the forthcoming Wi-Fi version of the Motorola Xoom Android Honeycomb tablet and the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet by RIM.
Both the Xoom Wi-Fi and the PlayBook tablet will be then launched in April through the chain, with the Xoom Wi-Fi tablet featuring a 1GHz dual-core Tegra 2 processor, 10.1-inch capacitive display at 1280×800 resolution, a 5.0 megapixel camera, 720p video recording and 1080p video playback, 802.11n WiFi radio, Bluetooth 2.1, and 32GB of on-board storage.
The RIM PlayBook is now expected to launch on April 13th with a Sprint 4G version launching later this Summer. Specifications for the PlayBook consist of a 3.0 megapixel high-definition forward-facing camera, 5.0 megapixel high-definition rear-facing camera, 1080p HD video playback; HDMI video output, Micro USB and Micro HDMI ports, 7 inch capacitive display at 1024 x 600 resolution, 1GB RAM and 1GHz dual-core processor.
