Following up on the previous Windows Phone 7 update that caused issues for Samsung owners, the latest update that was meant to fix the previous issues is now causing more issues of its own, centering on a new error code “800705B4†with no description of the issue. To make matters worse, some customers are unable to perform the typical recovery methods (pulling the battery, performing a back up, clearing storage space, hard reset) after attempting the new update.
Microsoft has responded by telling owners to hold off on the update once again as it looks into the issue.
Further proof that all the money in the world can neither buy one brains or pride for that matter.
Microsoft, such a shame and waste of resources, there is not a single day, when I don”t feel resentment towards MS mobile 6.1, despite all that, at least it has copy & paste, another fine tradition of MS, not only is it not backwards compatible, but it also drops features and customers as it moves “forward”!
How much would it have cost Microsoft, to test an update, before general release?? Obviously when you have no brains, you just throw funds at it, in the hopes, that someday it will stick to ” the next generation consumer”.
Thank You
