Fox News has filed a report stating that HP will announce the PalmPad webOS based tablet during CES in multiple versions, with one supporting WiMax for future availability on Sprint in March, one targeted for educational use for release later in the Fall and a GSM version, all running webOS 2.5.1.
Hardware variations consist of a range of display sizes between 8.9-inch and 9.7-inches, a 3-megapixel main and 1.3-megapixel front-facing cameras with LED flashes, mini-HDMI and USB ports, and a “multi-switch”.
