Update: Cingular’s web site links to a site which does not appear to be online, Palm’s support document on the issue directs people to call 866-677-7256 instead.
Palm is not having customers send back their Treo 650s, but has identified that inital Treo 650 units shipped with a faulty SIM Card Tray. Palm is offering all customers a replacement SIM tray, that can be installed by the end-user. Cingular has posted on their web site a detailed method of identifying which SIM Tray is installed, and what to do about ordering a replacement.
The faulty SIM tray can cause SIMs to disconnect from the device while in-use, possibly damaging both the SIM and the Treo.
I have a Palm treo 650 that my wife used for a year, the SIM tray was broken and i saw this site that i can buy one..
Can i buy on eSIM tray?
