After almost 3 weeks of selling unlocked iPhones for 999 Euros, T-Mobile Germany can now continue its rights to exclusivity after a German Court ruled in favor of T-Mobile parent, Deutsche Telekom AG. As of today, T-Mobile Germany will stop selling unlocked versions of the Apple iPhone but are officially stating that after the 2 year contract, customers will be able to operate their iPhone on any network.
