Cruznis300 reports that Sprint will soon begin offering the option for Retail Store reps and many more CSRs to be able to administer PRL updates. This will be an addition to the RMS program, a program which until now has made PRL update flagging difficult, as it is much more limited than other account tools (such as P2K) that are being scaled back in terms of access.
We feel that this is a direct result of complaints such as our PRL Update Petition.
