BestBuy.com is offering (today-only), PNY flash memory at very deep discounts. Both USB 2.0 flash drives and SDHC memory cards in 8 GB and 16 GB sizes are being offered for $3.99 and $6.99, respectively. Limit one per device, per customer, but shipping is free. In-store pickup is also available in case shipping supply runs out.

All four items can be picked up in-store (again, shipping is free as well), and, you can return these to any local Best Buy retail store. One note of caution, these aren’t fast drives. The SDHC cards, for example, are rated at Class 6 speeds. However, for spare storage, they’re great options… especially on Windows 8 machines. Most Windows 8 machines will now only backup their Recovery Partitions to a USB flash drive or flash memory card, on most machines burning a hard copy of the operating system to DVD is no longer permitted.
Note that these are full-size SDHC memory cards, they are not microSD cards…
