After its release in late April, Home Shopping Network is now offering T-Mobile’s hit prepaid Windows Phone 8 smartphone in the Nokia Lumia 521 at a $20 discount with free shipping, bringing the total to $129.95, making it the lowest price available anywhere at the current time.
The phone features Windows Phone 8, a 4 inch touch display, 5.0 megapixel camera with autofocus and 720p HD video recording. It will also include exclusive Nokia applications such as Nokia Music, Cinemagraph, Creative Studio, Panorama, Smart Shoot and HERE Drive, Maps and Transit.
The phone reflects Microsoft’s current goals to drive the cost of Windows Phone 8 down as low as possible to increase adoption at all product levels, with Nokia being Microsoft’s preferred manufacturer over all other current Windows Phone 8 hardware partners.
