While Sears isn’t typically thought of a destination for electronics, the retailer has made serious efforts to drive that sort of customer to their stores in recent years, though the focus has gradually shifted away from home theater to gadgets such as tablets and laptops.
However, the online store is where Sears best deals are usually found, and in this case no better deal exists for a Windows 8 compliant monitor, as the department store is offering the AOC 18.5 inch widescreen monitor for $49.99 until May 12th with either free standard shipping across the 48 states, or free shipping to a Sears store for pickup.
The displays also ship with a 3 year limited warranty covering parts and labor. The AOC monitor being offered features a 1366×768 resolution with an anti-glare coating, but is limited to VGA for display connection support.
