AT&T and Samsung have announced the pending launch of the Samsung BlackJack II in a press release.
As we reported previously the BlackJack II features a revised QWERTY keyboard, Windows Mobile 6 Standard, triband W-CDMA with HSDPA data access instead of dualband access, quadband GSM/EDGE, QVGA landscape display, 2.0 megapixel camera with video recorder and now features Video Share capability, AT&T Mobile Music support, AT&T Xpress Mail support, microSD expansion slot, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP stereo audio support, RSS reader, and GPS support for use with Telenav Maps and Telenav GPS.
The device will also support Microsoft’s new System Center Mobile Device Manager 2008 software for IT managers to deploy devices over a corporate network with the software serving as a complete solution.
The device is expected to launch at the end of this year for $149.99 after 2 year agreement and rebates.
