One response to “Clearwire Quietly Discontinues New Activations for Legacy Pre-WiMAX Markets”

We started getting info of this back in November from members of our site and it was featured in some local newspapers too.

It is very unfortunate that Clearwire didn’t get all of it’s legacy markets converted to WiMax. Clearwire has said on several occasions that they will be focusing their LTE build out in their primary and secondary markets first. And one VP once said that some of their tertiary and rural markets have no plans to convert. Sound familiar? It’s just like the legacy conversion all over again!
