MobiTV has added support for the Sony Ericsson Z500a. However, despite the phone’s support for Class 10 EDGE, MobiTV is only offering the “standard frame-rate experience” for the device. The Z500a supports all the standards that the “high frame-rate experience” devices support, mainly MIDP 2.0 and 3G data (through EDGE).
Cingular customers can access MobiTV through the News section of the MEdia Net portal.
