Engadget Mobile has grabbed a copy of a Cingular device roadmap. On it, Cingular shows plans to launch the HTC Hermes, the first UMTS/HSDPA smart device in the United States. They also show plans to launch the HP iPAQ hw6925/6920, and HTC’s Start Trek. The Star Trek is a Windows Mobile 5 flip-phone with a slim design.
The roadmap also lists the Sony Ericsson W810, as well as the already-announced Motorola V3i. The V3i will include iTunes while the W810 will come with Sony Ericsson’s Walkman music player and built-in music controls. Almost all of these devices are expected to launch before the end of the year.

Update: Engadget Mobile is taking the route of slowly tricking out the roadmap they have obtained in a (poor) effort to boost viewership on an exclusive story. They have confirmed this morning that the same roadmap adds the Nokia E62 (a Series 60 BlackBerry competitor). Also on the roadmap is the BlackBerry Stealth, the successor to the 7130c.
