BlackBerry Storm Update Available Now, OTA Update Later Today

The BlackBerry Storm has received the first of three planned firmware updates by Verizon and RIM to address a myriad of usability and stability issues.

The update is currently available over Verizon’s online updater and BlackBerry Desktop Server, with the first OTA update being placed online at 9:30PM PST/11:30PM CST/12:30AM EST. It should be noted that Mac users should wait for the OTA update as there is no current method to load the update from the desktop.

    I am glad to see at least one update that was not written a month ago!!! What is the deal?? Do we not have any up to date reviews? Mentions of upgrade and first of three planned? When is the best time to buy the Storm? Where are all the latest reviews after upgrades have been made? Interested buyer…
