The popular BitPim handset filesystem tool has been updated to version .7-test9. This release adds preliminary support for picture downloading from Sanyo 8100 and Sanyo 5500/VM4500, as well as video file transfer. This addition is still very buggy, errors will occur.
Also now available in BitPim is BitFling, an interesting tool which allows BitPim to be used across the internet to access a phone connected to another computer. This will allow for both accelerated development of BitPim, as well as the cool-factor of being able to access files stored on another phone half way across the web.
