AT&T has announced plans to carry the fourth version of the Samsung Rugby rugged clamshell phone. The latest version of the phone now includes a Wi-Fi radio and features other minor improvements, such as active noise cancellation, an improved and larger external speaker, updated certifications for military-grade toughness, along with GPS support. The phone has yet to be priced or be given a release date.
