If you are a Cingular Blue (or former AT&T Wireless) customer, the email address that you are using to send text messages to your phone will need to change.
As of April 24, yournumber@mobile.att.net will no longer work. To continue forwarding email messages to your phone, change to yournumber@mmode.com instead. This is due to April 24 being the day that Cingular must hand over the AT&T Wireless name back to AT&T.
All web developers that have compiled scripts that involve forwarding emails to carrier’s phones should check to make sure that they do not need to update their code.
