AT&T has launched their GSM America plans, which offer no charge for roaming anywhere in the U.S. an Puerto Rico. GSM America plans start at $39.99 for 450 minutes, however they are not yet available online.
These plans are similar to the Digital One Rate plans which also offer no roaming charges, but are less expensive, and more consumer-oriented, offering Night & Weekend minutes.
