AT&T has launched another variant of the BlackBerry Pearl consumer-oriented smart device.
This version omits the Wi-Fi radio present in the 8120, but is otherwise identical to the 8120, with a portait QVGA resolution display, quadband GSM/EDGE radio, Bluetooth 2.0 with stereo audio support, microSDHC expansion slot with support for 4GB cards, trackball navigation, converged SureType QWERTY keyboard, internal GPS transceiver, media player, 2.0 megapixel camera with video recorder and flash, and speakerphone.
The phone is now available in both a metallic color billed as Titanium and Red for $199.99 after a new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $149.99.
