Amazon.com appears to be clearing out the Treo 600, possibly in preparation for the next Treo, or to dump AT&T stock in preparation for the AT&T/Cingular merger. The price is $249.99 with a $100 mail-in rebate for choosing a $20+ data plan. The offer is only for customers activating a new line of service, the retail price for current customers remains $599.99.
