AT&T has confirmed pricing and launch details for its version of the Samsung Galaxy S in the Captivate which will be the second version to launch after T-Mobile’s Vibrant on Sunday July 18th for $199.99. In a new effort to promote sales of the device, the price does not require additional mail-in rebates and only requires a new 2 year agreement to qualify.
