Alcatel One Touch Launches US Online Sales Powered By Amazon

To cap off a big week for TCL Communications/Alcatel One Touch at CES, the mobile brand has announced the launch of direct online sales of select unlocked smartphones and tablets through a new sales portal, powered by Amazon. The initial selection of smartphones includes the Idol X+ ($275), the Idol S2 ($198), the Idol MINI ($125) and the POP C9 ($189.99), while the tablet selection includes the Pop 7 ($149) and Pop 8 ($199). All six devices are being sold unlocked with support for US GSM networks and select MVNOs. Alcatel One Touch has also confirmed that its recently announced Watch Series smart wearable line will be available from the site beginning in March and more smartphones will be added to the sales portal in the future.
