Sprint to TeleSales: Do not allow customers to bill sales to an account (unless the customer starts asking too many questions).
Sprint to Stores: Do not refund phone sales from TeleSales to anything but a customer’s account (unless the customer starts asking too many questions).
The moral of this story is, Sprint will be glad to accept your credit card for an order… they just have a problem if you want to refund that same order in a store. What if Circuit City refused to refund orders online through anything but a gift card if you returned it to a store?
Sprint is Sprint… unless you start dealing with Sprint.
