We had a few minutes with the Curve 8350i. It feels exactly like a standard Curve, complete with all the media features. We also confirmed that TeleNav is pre-loaded (but that it may be replaced by the nearly-identical Sprint Navigation before it launches). In addition, we also fired up BlackBerry Maps. While no data plan was attached to the device (which is a prototype), we were able to confirm that GPS would be accessible from inside of any application.
what the hell i thought the 8350i was supposed to have os4.6 that surely looks like the os on all current curves for other carriers to me. Please dont piss me off sprint, if this thing doesnt come with 4.6 i might as well just get the sprint curve. even though i am a Nextel person.
PhoneScoop reported that the 8350i will have the new OS on it — the demo model they showed at CTIA had the older one installed.
