PCMag.com reports that Boingo Wireless has confirmed that it will develop and launch an access client for Wi-Fi enabled Sony Ericsson handsets while it is also developing a client for the iPhone, though the company is expecting the launch of the SDK later this month to speed up current development.
The system that Boingo Wireless maintains consists of a software client installed on a handheld device which allows access to its entire Wi-Fi network for $7.95 a month, and the company boasts clients for Windows Mobile and Symbian devices as well with a Windows Mobile 6 client expected in the second half of the year.
