Sony Ericsson has announced the pending availability of two new ExpressCards in a press release today, one of which includes a built-in GPS module.
The EC400 features support for HSDPA 7.2 and upload speeds up to 2 mbps while the EC400g features a built-in GPS module which can be used with any compatible application. Both cards support triband W-CDMA access with support for US 3G as well as quadband GSM/EDGE access and are also expected to launch in the middle of the year with no specific carrier information available.
