In spite of the recent setbacks faced by Tizen as a platform, the association backing it has added many new members, with one carrier returning after two years absence. The Tizen Association is still expected to have a presence during this year’s Mobile World Congress and the first commercial devices are also expected to be unveiled at the trade show, though no word has been given regarding carrier plans to exhibit Tizen, following NTT DoCoMo’s change of plans.
