Samsung has announced an update to its Galaxy Tab line in the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite. The tablet features a 7-inch 1024×600 display and 1.2GHz dual-core processor, just like the previous Tab 3 7.0, as well as the now familiar rounded body with the physical home button with a 9.7mm-thick frame, 1GB of RAM, 8GB storage, microSD card slot and a 3600mAh battery.
Samsung has built its new tablet with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean as well as its TouchWiz overlay. It will be launched in Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi/Cellular versions in both Black and White with a global rollout planned, however pricing and specific launches have yet to be confirmed.
