One of the best Bluetooth mice ever is on clearance. Staples is letting go of remaining units of the Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 for a mere $14.99. Originally this deal required a coupon when it dropped late this weekend, but Staples quickly dropped the coupon requirement.
Granted the item is on clearance, so you probably won’t get a price match from rival retailers out of it. And, in high-tech areas like Silicon Valley, the deal sold out within hours of being emailed to Staples customers.
Still, we’re seeing stock in hundreds of Staples stores, and managed to very (and grab) one ourselves. So, if you want to add a Bluetooth mouse to your Mac, PC, Surface, or Android tablet, this is probably the best deal out there right now.
The Microsoft Scroll Touch Mouse is also $14.99 this week at Staples, but is not Bluetooth and instead uses a USB widget.
