Verizon is currently offering two of its longest-serving tablets in the Galaxy Tab 2 and the Tab 7.7 through its online storefront with no contract required and in refurbished condition at their lowest prices so far.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 as sold on Verizon features a 7.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus touch display at 1280×800 resolution, Android Honeycomb, dual-core 1.4GHz processor with 1GB RAM, 16GB of internal flash memory with microSD expansion slot, LTE radio and 3.2 megapixel rear camera with flash. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 has yet to be confirmed for an Android update past Honeycomb 3.2. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 is currently available for $279.
The Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 as sold on Verizon is the less expensive version of the Galaxy Tab 7.7 in terms of configuration and specifications, with a smaller and lower resolution 7-inch 1024×600 display, 8GB of internal flash memory with microSD slot, 3.2 megapixel camera, dual-core 1.2GHz processor with 1GB of RAM, Android Ice Cream Sandwich, and LTE radio. Like the 7.7, the Tab 2 7.0 has yet to be confirmed for an update past Ice Cream Sandwich. The Galaxy Tab 2 is available for $199.
