The FCC has revealed a new CDMA smartphone from HTC. The S640 “Iris” will feature Windows Mobile 6 Standard, dual-band CDMA with EV-DO Rev A, a 2.4 QVGA display, Bluetooth, 2 megapixel camera, and Wi-Fi. No other information is available, and no carriers have made any announcements at this time.
