Samsung is working to prepare variants of two popular phones for Alltel
and Verizon.
The Samsung SCH-R510 for Alltel looks to be an Ultra 6.9/T-Mobile Trace
variant with EVDO, microSD expansion, and either a 1.3 or 2.0 megapixel
camera.
The Samsung U540 is the Verizon version of Alltel’s U520 (as well as Sprint’s M500), and will include EVDO, microSD expansion, front mounted
music player controls, and stereo Bluetooth support.
