Regional carrier Cellular South has announced the launch of its version of the Samsung Galaxy S Android smartphone for $249.99 after a new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $199.99. The Cellular South version features 2GB of built-in flash with a pre-installed 16GB microSDHC card along with mobile hotspot support.
