Dell has released just about every bullet point about the Venue Pro, except for the price. Expansys however has done exactly that, pegging the Venue Pro at £499.99. That translates to around $780 USD, and factoring in the typical rounding-down of price points for local American products, would indicate a $749 without-contract price.
It is worth noting that foreign prices can vary significantly, and the device may wind up in the $599 – $699 price range to better compete with iPhone. The Dell Venue Pro will join the HTC HD7 as T-Mobile’s two high-end Windows Phone 7 offerings.
Expansys also dropped a possible launch date for the device, November 8th. It is not clear if this is a worldwide launch date, or simply for the UK, unlocked version of the device. Expansys release dates have, at times, proven unreliable in the past, unlike their retail pricing, typically due to shipping and product delays.
