Nokia USA has officially begun accepting pre-orders for its last N Series device based on Symbian in the Nokia N8.
The N8 features a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display, 16GB of internal storage expandable up to 48GB with a 32GB microSDHC card, Ovi Maps access, Bluetooth with stereo audio support, GPS transceiver and 12 megapixel camera with 720p video capture, xenon flash and HDMI output.
In an interesting addition, the device specification also mentions compatibility with AT&T and T-Mobile 3G networks, something that was not previously known, as the April FCC filing only made reference to T-Mobile 3G support. The phone is being offered for $549.99 with launch slated for the end of September.
