The first image of the yet unannounced successor to the Sprint Samsung Moment has surfaced. The device is expected to feature TouchWiz 3.0 and Android 2.1 but is not based off of any recently announced Samsung devices. As such it does not feature Samsung’s new internally developed chipset or its new Super AMOLED display.
This phone looks cool except that I just love htc sense and don’t like using any phone that doesn’t have it. Is touch wiz the same thing that was on the omnia? It really wasn’t that great. Either way android is better than winmo 6.5 and android looks like they are doing very well.
Presumably, Moment 2 would ship with TouchWiz 3.0 or 4.0. More modern versions of TouchWiz are more of an open widget platform, and the original version shipped in Omnia was more of a prototype than anything else.
Still, HTC Sense to me is still superior to TouchWiz from my usage.
