After weeks of leaks and sightings Verizon and Nokia have announced the Nokiaq Lumia Icon, the next Windows Phone flagship for the carrier.
As previously reported, the phone features a 1080p display at 5-inches with LTE connectivity, GSM support, the same 20MP PureView rear camera from the 1520, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM, 32GB of on-board memory with no memory card slot, and a 2420 mAh sealed battery.The key feature of the camera is the 3x lossless zoom feature that allows for full HD resolution video without loss of quality.
The phone is now up for pre-order from the Microsoft Store, with a bonus charging accessory if pre-ordered until March 16th. Verizon will launch the phone on March 20th for $199.99.
