Closing out the phone announcements on T-Mobile is the announcement of the Huawei IDEOS as the T-Mobile Comet, which will be the lowest priced Android 2.2 handset after new 2 year agreement when launched on November 3rd.
The Comet features the complete Google Experience with technical specifications consisting of a 2.8-inch QVGA resolution capacitive touch display and a 528MHz processor, 3.2-megapixel camera with video recorder, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM radio and a microSD slot. Other specifications include HSDPA support, Wi-Fi N radio, GPS support, and Bluetooth. Pricing is set at $9.99 after new 2 year agreement and rebates or $199.99 on prepaid/FlexPay.
