Images have leaked onto the web this weekend that show the first looks at Motorola’s dual-network phones for Sprint Nextel. The phones shown carry a ruggedized design with a monochrome external caller ID display. Both camera and non-camera variants have been shown.
Sprint Nextel dual-network phones will be both iDEN and CDMA with EV-DO Revision A support. Sources quote dates as early as November for release of initial launches of these devices, with more multimedia-aimed dual-network phones in the second quarter of 2007.
