The Sanyo 6600 “Katana” will be the thinnest flip phone released by Sanyo on Sprint to date. It will come in three colors, and feature a 2.2″ display, Bluetooth (a first for Sanyo on Sprint), and the first Sprint phone to have a Li-Polymer battery.

The Samsung A580, which we have previously reported on, will replace the A560 in the current Sprint lineup, adding Vision services to the basic phone.
